The following clip from the movie saw uses a lot of dark ambient sounds to convey the fear of the woman who survived the trap, for example at 40-52 seconds and throughout the clip. I would like to use the same kind of ambience in the possession clip for the same reason as i believe it is very effective. Another influence i will be taking from this clip can be found at 1minute 19 seconds; the use of percussive sound dramatically convey her head movement. I plan to use a timpani drum similarly in the possession clip to dramatise the female character swinging her head back and also give a dramatic start to the clip.
